What the website provides

The website explains our approach to operating redesign and the Audit, Blueprint, Install, and Train engagements. Its material provides general information for considering fit. It is not a diagnosis of your business or a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

Use cases and illustrations describe situations to investigate. They are not client results or guarantees of savings, margin improvements, production performance, or another particular outcome.

Manufacturing material does not establish that equipment or a process is safe or compliant. Equipment procurement, controls engineering, and machine safety validation require their own qualified specialists and agreed responsibilities.

Inquiries and engagement decisions

A request link opens your email application. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a calendar slot, confirm availability, or create a paid engagement. A Filter call is free and is used to establish fit.

Audit, Blueprint, and Install are offered under Rebuild Partners. UCS implementation and Train services are separately scoped and optional. Each stage requires a separate decision. An Audit can recommend no rebuild.

Any later newco or equity arrangement requires its own agreement. Equity does not replace an Audit or Blueprint fee.

Pricing and service agreements

Published prices are starting fees for the stated region and scope, not a binding quote for every inquiry. The exact quote follows Filter and depends on the work, scale, and complexity. Applicable taxes, expenses, payment terms, and any exclusions must be addressed in the proposal or engagement agreement.

The written engagement agreement determines deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, intellectual property, and any service-specific liability terms. There is no online checkout on this website.

Where website information differs from an agreement made with you, that agreement governs the engagement, subject to applicable law.

Using the content

Rights in the website's text, illustrations, marks, and other material remain with their respective owners. You may view the site, share links, and refer to its content for your own business evaluation.

Ask permission before reproducing substantial parts of the material, selling it, or using our branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and licenses.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. A paid engagement may specify its own governing law and dispute process in the written agreement.

We update the date above when these terms change. Changes to these website terms do not amend an existing engagement agreement.
